When evaluating the site, we broke the pages down into 5 key views:
  • Home Page
  • Category Pages
  • Product Pages
  • Cart Page
  • Checkout Page

Each key view was analysed and assigned a score using our CRO checklist. It’s important that we treated each view separately to understand the conversion goals depending on what stage in the funnel the user was currently at.

The Results
